Jaguar XF 2011 Machine Review

The Jaguar XF 2011 will almost certainly carry few changes from the 2010 model. Quality is a given, and drive and performance have never been a letdown with these vehicles. The 2011 model will probably see a slight price increase over the $51,150 sticker price of 2010, but a significant jump is not expected. The Jaguar's classing V8 engine is available in four choices on this model: the 4.2-liter 300 horsepower; the 5.0-liter, 385 horsepower V8; the 5.0-liter, 470 horsepower supercharged V8; and the 5.0-liter, 510 horsepower supercharged V8.
The Jaguar XF 2011 is a rear-wheel drive only vehicle that comes with a six-speed mechanical transmission. Approximately corners, the XF has an excellent grip. Steering is precise, and the brakes are strong. The XFR has better grip and stability on the roads. Upon introduction, the XF is equipped with a standard 5.0-liter, V8, 385-horsepower engine that achieves 16-mpg in the city and 23-mpg on the highway. The XFR is equipped with a standard 5.0-liter, V8, 510-horsepower, supercharged engine that achieves 15-mpg in the city and 21-mpg on the highway. A 6-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard on both trims.
